In addition to soothing the mind, Ylang Ylang essential oil is useful as an antidepressant, antiseptic, and nervous system booster. It can help to lower blood pressure also. Add a few drops to carrier oil and apply to the back of the neck, bottoms of the feet, or behind the knees. Also useful when diffused into the air.
