2 drops Thyme Essential Oil
2 drops Lavender Essential Oil
6 drops olive oil
Mix together and apply to bottoms of feet, concentrating particularly on the big toe, before going to bed. (The base of the big toe in reflexology is known to correlate with the neck.) Also try rubbing on the back of the neck as well as dabbing near the nostrils. If expanding this recipe, simply keep the 50:50 ratio of essential oils to carrier oil and store in a dark glass bottle.
Anti-Snoring Essential Oil Blend
5 drops Lavender Essential Oil
5 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
5 drops Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
2 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil
2 drops Thyme Essential Oil
1 ounce carrier oil (olive oil is believed to have anti-snoring properties)
Mix together and store in dark glass bottle. Shake well before each use and massage into the chest prior to going to sleep. Breathe deeply to clear the sinuses and nasal passages.
Stir 1-2 drops of Peppermint essential oil into a cup of water. Gargle (do not swallow) prior to going to bed.
